The 2007 start date of Stratum Resources may seem embryonic by some standards but President & CEO, Dave Grob founded the company by leveraging 35 years of senior management experience and great accomplishments in the commercial floor covering industry. His formula – Listening to Customers . . . Making a difference . . . Having fun!

Throughout a very rewarding career, he credits his corporate success to the Leadership traits and Organization dynamics acquired & honed while in the USMC as a Recon Marine. Truly, the Marine experience early in his career has seeded a successful business career.

Fast forward to a long list of intra-industry accomplishments, a robust work ethic and great family support and Stratum Resources offers prospective clients the professional service levels they want and more importantly, deserve!

Dave has earned a reputation among his peers as a “Guerilla Entrepreneur” by getting things done faster with lower budgets and better results while keeping the competition on their heels. His “big company” discipline & skill sets have transferred seamlessly to grow Stratum Resources while mentoring the value of team.

Very fortunate to serve as Commandant of the Ann Arbor Marine Corps League with a host of weekend fund raising for the Ann Arbor VA; Always a great time participating in numerous Veteran Golf outings and most importantly, serve with some truly remarkable and endlessly brave Recon Marines in Vietnam.
