CARPET TILES! Lots of shapes and sizes with endless design opportunities. Face surface weight and yarn type may vary relative to application and aestetics. Backing systems will vary by manufactuer but most important is a “tried & tested” backing system that does not curl at the corners or requires permanent adhesive – don’t be a guniea pig!

And it’s sooooooo much fun to replace broadloom in your offices – everything has to be moved out . . . with carpet tiles, most of the furniture can remain in the room. (Carpet tile lift)
LUXURY VINYL TILE & PLANK! Endless textures and styles! For public area’s, use a minimum 20 Mil finish (urethane type of wear layer) and a minimum 12 Mil finish for guest rooms.
VCT or VINYL COMPOSITION TILE! VCT has been the standard specification for resilient flooring in most commercial environments . . . not anymore!
VCT has extraordinary high maintenance costs – wax on, buff, strip and do it over and over! LVT of LVP only require cleaning, an occational buffing and have longer warranties.
