Stratum Resources was founded in 2007 by current President & CEO, Dave Grob.  He surgically leveraged 35 years of senior management experience and great accomplishments in the commercial floor covering industry.  His formula – Listen to Clients . . . Make a difference . . . Have fun!

Dave credits his corporate success to the Leadership traits and Organization dynamics acquired & honed while in the USMC as a Recon Marine. Truly, the Marine experience early in his career seeded a successful business career.

His “big company” discipline & skill sets have transferred seamlessly to grow Stratum Resources while mentoring the value of team.

Giving Back . . .

Dave served as Commandant of the Ann Arbor Marine Corps League with a mission to support the Ann Arbor VA.  He continues to support Veteran Golf outings.  His most important current activity:  Introducing Purple Heart Veterans to Scuba Diving . . . giving back will always be the nature of this Recon Marine.
